Emery Freethey has been leading St.Peter's music program for over 20 years. He is a native of New Hampshire, and received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Boston Conservatory of Music. Thanks to Emery St. Peter's has an extraordinary choir that sings at the 10:00 service. He also enlists the voices of the children to sing at special events. Not only is Emery a gifted musician, but his fun-loving and encouraging personality leads many people -- some who claim they don't know how to sing -- to join the choir! Emery also holds private piano and organ lessons at St. Peter's.

Bruce MacKay lives in Londonderry with his husband, Peter Wright, and their two college-age sons. Bruce grew up in Londonderry, and still resides on the family homestead. Bruce and Peter joined St Peter's about 20 years ago, and St Peter's is their spiritual base, as well as the center of many of their social connections.
I joined St. Peter's in 2012. I previously attended a Roman Catholic Church and was very discouraged by many aspects of that church and was looking for a more enlightened community. I feel that I have found what I was looking for at St. Peter's. I sing in the choir and was invited to fill a vestry vacancy in 2015. I am enjoying learning about Episcopal traditions, deepening my spiritual practices and participating in its ministries.
